1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9aji ("9aji", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 9aji online gaming platform accessible at 9aji.net ("Platform"), including all games, services, promotions, and account features available thereon.

2 Eligibility

9aji reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or other official identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 9aji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. 9aji employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate registrations. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and up to date. 9aji will not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9aji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9aji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 9aji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Closure

9aji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to pass identity verification, or at the request of relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 9aji support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9aji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 9aji does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 9aji account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 9aji reserves the right to amend applicable limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of submission. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on payment provider processing times, identity verification requirements, or ongoing account reviews. 9aji shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

9aji is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and other supporting documentation. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. This requirement exists to protect players against unauthorized withdrawals and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 Funds Belonging to the Player

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 9aji account are legally obtained and belong to you. 9aji prohibits the use of the Platform for any money laundering activity. 9aji cooperates fully with relevant Philippine authorities and may report suspicious transactions as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 9aji are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

9aji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, using automated betting software, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 9aji reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account(s).

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to eligibility criteria specified in each offer. 9aji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including retroactively in cases of system error, technical malfunction, or exploitation of the promotional structure.

6 Gameplay Rules

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting strategies to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.

9aji's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your 9aji account at the time the claim arises. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 9aji, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits 9aji's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
